Job summary

You will own technical marketing assets, translate complex concepts for diverse audiences, and collaborate across product marketing, engineering, and operations to drive product success. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

MS or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related discipline.
10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing or packaging; direct exposure to BEOL/FEOL.
Expert in Advanced Packaging ecosystems and customer workflows.
Strong analytical and communication skills; data-driven decisions.
Experience leading cross-functional projects in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

Define product value propositions for advanced packaging solutions.
Create technical marketing assets: briefs, whitepapers, analyses, presentations, webinars.
Translate complex engineering concepts into clear messaging for diverse audiences.
Lead market sizing, segmentation, and trend analysis for packaging ecosystems.
Collaborate with product marketing and engineering to shape strategy; assist launches.
Coordinate with operations and manufacturing for product readiness.
