Atlas Copco Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment for the USA Science Vacuum Division (SVD), covering Gamma Vacuum, Montana Instruments, and LACO Technologies. You will partner with leaders, build pipelines, and drive strategies across manufacturing, engineering, and professional roles.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, own sourcing channels, and participate in employer branding at career events to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing/engineering/technical roles preferred.
• Ability to build talent pipelines and university partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across Gamma Vacuum, Montana Instruments, and LACO Technologies to identify workforce needs and recruit accordingly.
• Manage all aspects of the recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for USA SVD businesses.
• Use multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, universities) to attract talent.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and university events to strengthen employer brand.
