Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support USA Scientific Vacuum Division across Gamma Vacuum, Montana Instruments, and LACO Technologies. You will partner with leaders to attract top talent and drive strategic recruiting initiatives.

You will manage requisitions, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding, and internship programs, while building strong university relationships and maintaining compliant processes across multiple sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, business, or related field.
3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, technical, or professional roles.
Experience supporting multi-site organizations.
Experience developing internship, co-op, or university programs.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment process for USA SVD entities (Gamma Vacuum, Montana Instruments, LACO Technologies).
Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates; coordinate offers and pre-employment steps.
Build talent pipelines for technical and professional roles across the USA SVD businesses.
Develop university and technical school partnerships for internships and early-career programs.
Represent Atlas Copco at career fairs and campus events; promote employer brand.
Monitor metrics and ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
