Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience, or master's with 2+ years.
• 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and ensure timely hires.
• Pre-screen candidates for full-time openings and assess fit through behavioral and competency-based evaluations.
• Prepare salary offers with compensation and HR partners.
• Maintain compliance with hiring policies and track progress in the ATS.
• Build strong partnerships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to meet recruitment goals.
