Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of manufacturing or technical service experience.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Safety, health, and environmental leadership in daily operations.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers and internal teams.
• Provide trial support, processing assistance, troubleshooting and guidance.
• Deliver technical product recommendations and customer-facing support.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve performance issues and improve outcomes.
• Support product development, formulation design, and recipe development.
• Identify process improvements via operations and engineering teams.
• Evaluate additives and raw materials to enhance performance.
• Coordinate regulatory documentation and sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain technical records and documentation to meet compliance.
