Qualifications

• 4-year degree in business or technical field with one year of technical or sales experience.
• 2-year degree with two to five years experience in business/technical field.
• High school diploma with six or more years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely updates to sales, distribution and customers on schedule requests and order status.
• Ensure data integrity within AS400 with sales, distribution, customers, and operations.
• Coordinate with operations and manufacturing to meet customer requirements while maintaining workflow.
• Develop and use follow-up processes to complete open status requests.
• Proactively manage customer witness hold points to support dates.
• Negotiate dates with operations and advocate for customer testing needs.
• Provide shipment tracking details.
• Coordinate meetings with sales, distribution and customers.
