Job summary

PSG is seeking an Inside Sales and Customer Service professional to cover Malema and CPC Biotech brands, supporting PSG San Jose and related markets. The role focuses on end-to-end order management, customer communications, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely shipments and accurate pricing.

The position is onsite with standard hours and a discretionary bonus potential. A science-related bachelor’s degree and experience with Salesforce and Excel are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or related technical field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Office.
• Experience with CRMs, including Salesforce.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute order management from inbound inquiry through shipment.
• Convert inquiries to leads and orders with effective communications and pricing.
• Interface with engineering to create customer part numbers and establish pricing.
• Field customer inquiries and manage referrals to distribution as needed.
• Communicate PSG terms, policies, and provide timely order status updates.
• Support Outside Sales Leaders with reports and activity metrics.
• Coordinate issue resolution with internal resources and escalate as needed.
