Job summary

Johnson Service Group, Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to thrive in a fast-paced environment and turn great talent into great hires. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, partner with clients, and influence hiring decisions with market insights.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining Bullhorn records while building strong candidate relationships in a high-volume MSP environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years recruiting experience, preferably Engineering/Technical.
• 1+ years in an MSP and/or high-volume recruiting environment.
• Assertive hunter mindset.
• Proven client-facing experience and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with sourcing, qualifying, vetting, and submitting candidates.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to clients, owning the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Assess and challenge client requirements, offering alternatives aligned with market realities.
• Influence hiring decisions with data-driven recommendations and market insights.
• Prioritize and manage recruiting workflows to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Identify, evaluate, and present qualified candidates aligned to client needs.
• Recruit candidates using LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, Bullhorn, and other platforms.
• Communicate job responsibilities, culture, and operations to candidates clearly.
• Coordinate end-to-end interview logistics and schedules with hiring teams.
• Manage contractor relationships and provide ongoing feedback throughout assignments.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Bullhorn with interview summaries.
