Job summary

Johnson Service Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Technical Recruiter to partner with clients, own the full recruiting lifecycle, and influence hiring decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 2+ years in recruiting (technical/engineering), MSP or high-volume experience, and a hunter mindset. In-office work model with base plus uncapped commission for high performers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years' recruiting experience, preferably Engineering/Technical.
• 1+ years MSP and/or high-volume recruiting experience.
• Must have an assertive hunter mindset.
• Proven client facing experience.
• Proven experience with sourcing, qualifying, vetting, and submitting candidates.
• Adhere to designated in-office work model.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to clients by providing market insights, talent trends, and consultative guidance on hiring strategies.
• Assess and challenge client requirements when necessary, offering alternatives aligned with market realities.
• Influence hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations and deep understanding of technical skill sets.
• Independently prioritize and manage recruiting workflows for efficiency and quality.
• Identify, evaluate, and present qualified candidates aligned to client needs and fit.
• Recruit candidates using LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, Bullhorn, etc.
• Clearly communicate job responsibilities, company culture, and operations to candidates.
• Manage end-to-end interview logistics and communications between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage contractor/consultant relationships throughout the assignment lifecycle.
• Consistently update Bullhorn to reflect candidate information and interview summaries.
