Job summary

Johnson Service Group is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our fast-paced team in Jacksonville. You will own the full lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to placement—while acting as a strategic partner to clients and shaping hiring strategies with market insights.

You will manage high-volume recruiting efforts, build strong relationships, and navigate complex technical markets. A base salary plus uncapped commission awaits you at JSG, with opportunities to impact hiring decisions and team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably Engineering/Technical.
• 1+ years of MSP and/or high-volume recruiting experience.
• Assertive “hunter” mindset.
• Proven client facing experience.
• Sourcing, qualifying, vetting, and submitting candidates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to clients by providing market insights and consultative hiring guidance.
• Assess and challenge client requirements, offering alternatives to match market realities.
• Influence hiring decisions with data-driven recommendations and market knowledge.
• Independently prioritize and manage recruiting workflows for efficiency and quality.
• Recruit candidates using LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Bullhorn, and more.
• Communicate job responsibilities, culture, and operations clearly to candidates.
• Manage end-to-end interview logistics and schedule coordination.
• Oversee contractor/consultant relationships throughout assignments.
• Update Bullhorn with current candidate information and interview summaries.
