Job summary

Lilly is building a new manufacturing site in the United States and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract world-class talent for strategic roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers, design tailored recruitment approaches, and manage full-cycle recruiting with a focus on compliance and an exceptional candidate experience.

The role starts remotely with occasional travel, then moves to on-site relocation to support the Indianapolis HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR High School diploma.
• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting and sourcing supporting a regulated industry.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not sponsor work authorization or visas for this role.

• Collaborate with business leaders to attract world-class talent
• Understand business strategy, culture, and goals to design tailored recruitment approaches
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies aligned with role-specific needs
• Screen applicants and present highly qualified candidate slates to hiring managers
• Lead the offer process from beginning to end
• Coach hiring managers on effective attraction, interviewing, and selection techniques
• Build partnerships with HR, compliance, relocation, and immigration teams
• Provide market insights and competitive offer guidance
• Ensure compliance throughout the talent acquisition process
