Job summary

Lilly is building a new manufacturing site in the United States and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract world-class talent for strategic roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers, design tailored recruitment approaches, and manage full-cycle recruiting with a focus on compliance and an exceptional candidate experience.

The role starts remotely with occasional travel, then moves to on-site relocation to support the Indianapolis HQ.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR High School diploma.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting and sourcing supporting a regulated industry.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not sponsor work authorization or visas for this role.

  • Screen applicants and present highly qualified candidate slates to hiring managers
  • Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders
  • Articulate Lilly’s mission, values, and strategy to effectively position our employer brand
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding hiring decisions and offer negotiations
  • Lead the offer process from beginning to end
  • Recruitment Expertise & Business Partnership
  • Coach hiring managers on effective attraction, interviewing, and selection techniques
  • Build strong partnerships with HR, compliance, legal, relocation, and immigration teams

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree OR High School diploma
  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting and sourcing supporting a regulated industry

Additional Information

The role will begin remotely with occasional business travel to the Global Headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana. Full relocation to the area of new site is required. This role will be fully on-site, with up to four days a month WFH potential.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $60,000 - $143,000. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees, including eligibility to participate in a company-sponsored 401(k); pension; vacation benefits; eligibility for medical, dental, vision and prescription drug benefits; flexible benefits (e.g., healthcare and/or dependent day care flexible spending accounts); life insurance and death benefits; certain time off and leave of absence benefits; and well-being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program, fitness benefits, and employee clubs and activities).
