Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• 5+ years of recruiting technical, scientific or manufacturing talent.
• Strong business acumen and genuine curiosity about the functions you support.
• Proven ability to build trust with senior leaders and operate independently in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Be a True Talent Advisor, building relationships with hiring managers and leaders.
• Translate business strategy into talent strategy and tailored recruitment approaches.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for the Huntsville M&Q site and manage offers.
• Use data to track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offers, informing decisions.
