Position Brand Description: Lilly is designing and building a Next‑Generation Parenteral and Device Assembly/Packaging Facility in Lehigh Valley (LHV). This is an exciting opportunity to help build and operate a pioneering manufacturing site from the ground up. The new Lehigh Valley facility will be one of Lilly’s most technologically advanced manufacturing sites and will include next‑generation manufacturing technologies and advanced data collection and analysis platforms that support safety and quality improvements, increased efficiency, and reduced variability. The Tech@Lilly Sr. Director will serve as the leader for the IT function in the LHV site. This role will have a dual reporting line to both the Tech@Lilly Associate VP and the LHV Site Head.
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
Role is Monday through Friday and based on-site. Must be flexible in providing support to accommodate other inputs (production schedules, shutdowns, etc.). Occasional extended hour and / or off‑hour work may be required. Position will be based in the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania with ability to travel to Indianapolis and other global Lilly sites as required. Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $159,000 - $233,200. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
