Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, including skilled-trades.
• Experience in manufacturing recruitment preferred.
• Experience with Paylocity and ZipRecruiter.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for professional, office, engineering, and craft roles in a manufacturing environment.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
• Extend offers and manage onboarding in Paylocity.
• Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of recruiting metrics.
• Partner with managers to clarify requirements and timelines.
