ASRC Federal is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full lifecycle recruiting for technical and professional positions across government programs. You will source, screen, interview, and close candidates while advising managers on market trends and best practices in a dynamic government contracting environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong ATS proficiency, experience with high-volume recruiting, and a willingness to travel to support recruiting efforts and program locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
• Strong knowledge of government recruiting regulations and labor categories.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (DayForce, iCIMS, WorkDay).
• Sourcing using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social channels.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting lifecycle for technical and professional roles.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with program needs.
• Advise on market insights, hiring best practices, and compensation benchmarks.
• Source, screen, interview, and close candidates across technical categories.
• Represent ASRC Federal at career fairs and events; travel as needed.
