Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years recruiting experience or high school diploma with 6+ years recruiting experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and recruiting professional and technical candidates.
• Experience using job boards, employee referrals, and proactive sourcing strategies.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and deliver excellent service.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools (iCIMS).
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities and work independently.
• Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and proactive recruiting.
• Must be local to the DC metro area.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate submissions, and offer coordination.
• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates using job boards, employee referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for technical, professional, and program management positions.
• Develop trusted relationships with hiring managers and program leaders, providing exceptional customer service and timely updates.
• Support recruiting efforts for funded programs, new business opportunities, and proposal-related positions.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through proactive communication and follow-through.
• Manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities with urgency and accountability.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records in iCIMS and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and stakeholders to meet hiring objectives.
