Job summary

ASRC Federal Holding Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full recruiting lifecycle for technical and professional positions, partnering with program teams to hire top talent.

You will source, screen, interview, and close candidates, negotiate offers, and ensure compliance with government regulations and client requirements. Occasional travel and BD support are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with high-volume technical sourcing.
• Knowledge of government recruiting regulations.
• Experience in unionized BOS contracts preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms.
• Sourcing via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, niches & social media.
• Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in the U.S.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies tailored to program needs.
• Advise hiring managers on market insights and best practices.
• Source, screen, interview, and close candidates across multiple technical categories.
• Negotiate offers within established pay ranges and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain OFCCP, DOL, DCAA and client-specific compliance.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM.
• Represent ASRC Federal at career fairs, networking events and locations.
• Support business development, proposals and recompetes.
