Job summary

ASRC Federal Holding Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full recruiting lifecycle for technical and professional roles in our government contracting programs. The role requires partnering with hiring managers to ensure the right talent is matched to critical programs.

You’ll source, screen, interview, and close candidates across multiple technical categories while negotiating offers within pay ranges and maintaining OFCCP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years managing full recruiting lifecycle.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting and technical sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for technical and professional positions from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Build and execute recruiting strategies tailored to program needs, using organic and paid campaigns.
• Advise hiring managers and program teams on market insights and hiring best practices.
• Source, screen, interview, and close candidates across multiple technical categories.
• Negotiate offers within established pay ranges while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain OFCCP, DOL, DCAA compliance and client requirements.
• Track and report recruiting metrics in ATS/CRM systems; keep records accurate.
• Represent ASRC Federal at career fairs and events; support proposals and recompetes.
• Travel as needed to support recruiting and organizational meetings.
