Job summary

Aegis Sortation, a leader in intralogistics, seeks a Corporate Recruiter to attract and hire exceptional talent across the organization. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle and partner with hiring managers, colleges, and professional networks to build a high-performing workforce.

This role emphasizes data-driven recruiting, equitable practices, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, construction, manufacturing, automation, or other specialized technical positions.
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to disposition.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and establish recruiting strategies.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, colleges, and other recruiting channels.
• Recruit for specialized roles, including engineering, construction, technical, and corporate positions.
• Evaluate candidates against role scorecards, technical requirements, and company values.
• Deliver an organized, conversational, and consistent interview experience.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights, candidate feedback, and recommendations throughout the search.
• Maintain complete and accurate candidate, requisition, and hiring-stage information within the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure every candidate receives a clear beginning and conclusion to their recruiting process.
• Track recruiting performance and use data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Build relationships with colleges, universities, professional organizations, and community partners.
• Support equitable recruiting practices and help develop diverse candidate pipelines.
• Adapt sourcing and recruiting strategies as business priorities and position requirements change.
