Job summary

Aegis Worldwide is seeking highly motivated sales-minded professionals to join our expansion effort in the recruiting space. This role offers a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office and opportunities to grow within a multi-state, multi-divisional firm.

You’ll engage in new business development, build client relationships, and drive results through a base salary plus uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses. Interior promotion paths and a 401(k) with company match are included.

Requirements for the position:

• Able to work a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week IN OFFICE)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field required
• Experience cold calling & engaging candidates on job opportunities.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Proven track record of high achievement and outperforming peers
• Problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• Strong relationship building capabilities
