Job summary

AegisAI is seeking a Technical Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire exceptional builders across Engineering, GTM/Sales, and Operations. You’ll own the full-cycle process from outreach to offers in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will partner with founders and leaders to define candidate profiles, pitch our mission, and move candidates quickly through a high-visibility hiring stream that scales with growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced agency, venture-backed startup, or high-growth tech environment.
• Multi-Disciplinary Sourcing: proven track record sourcing for technical roles (Software Engineers, AI/ML Infrastructure, Threat Detection) AND/OR business roles (AEs, BDRs, Ops).
• High Agency & Relentless Execution: you are a self-starter who tests, adapts, and hits pipeline targets.
• Technical & Business Literacy: you can talk shop with backend engineers and understand sales quotas and territory motions with GTM leaders.
• Scrappy & Adaptive: comfortable experimenting with AI tools, sourcing platforms, and rapid-fire workflows.
• Proven Track Record: demonstrated history of sourcing, pitching, and closing top-tier talent.

Responsibilities

• Own Full-Cycle Recruiting: Drive talent pipelines from outbound reach to offer negotiation across Engineering, AI, GTM/Sales, and Operations.
• Hunt Top 1% Talent: Run hyper-personalized outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, GitHub, X, networks and other channels.
• Partner with Founders & Leaders: Define ideal candidate profiles, establish hiring bars, and run fast feedback loops.
• Master the AegisAI Pitch: Articulate our tech stack, mission, and opportunity to technical candidates and sales drivers.
• Drive Velocity: Maintain high-touch candidate experiences, schedule interviews quickly, and reduce process friction.
• Build Talent Infrastructure: Test sourcing approaches and leverage AI tools to speed up the pipeline.
