Job summary

NetApp is seeking an experienced recruiting professional to manage the full lifecycle and advise business leaders in San Jose. You will partner with stakeholders to understand workforce needs, craft talent strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

You will source and recruit engineering and technical talent, build talent pipelines, lead process improvements, and negotiate offers in a fast-paced environment. This is an 8+ month contract with high potential for extension.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles.
• Proven track record recruiting engineering/technical roles in competitive markets.
• Strong consultative advisory skills with business leaders.
