Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical program management experience.
• 3+ years delivering technology solutions in life insurance, especially New Business/Underwriting.
• Experience with Agile metrics, Scrum and SDLC.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in insurance.
• Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and integration in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end SDLC for initiatives supporting John Hancock Insurance priorities.
• Lead delivery, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, and readiness meet commitments.
• Apply software engineering knowledge to support delivery strategies.
• Provide cross-functional leadership and align product architecture.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks with stakeholders to create value.
• Foster an inclusive culture and drive collaboration across teams.
