Job summary

Vontier Corporation in the United States seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of development programs and product portfolio releases across global teams from requirements to production.

The role leads cross-functional engineering groups, applies Agile and SAFe practices, and manages risks, while coordinating with Product Management, Product Owners, Stakeholders, and customers to ensure on-time, high-quality milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, Product Management, or equivalent experience managing technical programs.
• Experience in product development or business analysis with cross-functional exposure.
• Experience with Agile Methodology and SAFe in milestone-driven environments; fluent in English; global coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple global projects and resources from initiation and scoping through delivery and sustainment.
• Lead engineering teams and release trains across geographies with clear requirements and integrated solutions.
• Provide hands-on Agile program management for high-complexity programs with budget responsibility.
• Prepare and present program reviews and status reports to customers and leadership.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Product Owners, Stakeholders, Customer Success, and customers.
• Support PI planning to align priorities, dependencies and risks and ensure realistic plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks across programs and ensure timely actions.
• Oversee the entire program life cycle across development, trials, and production releases.
• Manage program delivery roadmap to ensure on-time milestones.
