Job summary

Vontier Corporation seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of multiple development programs and product portfolio releases, spanning requirements through production deployment for customers.

You will plan and manage global projects, coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, apply Agile and SAFe practices, and ensure on-time, high-quality milestones while communicating with customers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, product management, or equivalent experience managing technical programs.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SAFe in milestone-driven environments.
• Fluent English and ability to work across global time zones.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple global projects/programs and resources from initiation to sustainment.
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams and release trains with clear requirements and integrated solutions.
• Provide hands-on Agile program management for high-complexity programs with substantial budgets.
• Prepare Program Management Reviews and status reports for customers and leadership.
• Interact with Product Management, Product Owners, Stakeholders, and external customers.
• Support PI Planning to align priorities, dependencies, and risks with realistic plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks across programs to ensure timely delivery across releases.
