Job summary

Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of development programs and product portfolio releases. You will coordinate requirements, design, development, verification, and deployment across global teams and customers.

You will apply Agile and SAFe practices, manage risks, and present status to leadership while collaborating with Product Management and Customer Success across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, Product Management, or equivalent experience managing technical programs.
• Experience in product development or business analysis with cross-functional exposure preferred.
• Fluent in English and able to coordinate across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple global projects/programs and resources, from initiation to sustainment.
• Lead engineering teams and/or a Release Train across geographies with clear requirements.
• Provide hands-on Agile Program management for high-complexity programs.
• Prepare Program Management Reviews and status reports for customers and leadership.
• Interact with Product Management, Product Owners, Stakeholders, Customer Success, and external customers.
• Support Program Increment Planning to align priorities, dependencies, and risks.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks across programs with timely actions.
• Oversee the program life cycle across development, trials, and production.
• Manage program delivery roadmap for on-time, high-quality milestones.
