Qualifications

• Relevant technical degree or experience in a software-related field.
• 2+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain US security clearance at the Secret designation or above.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers, product managers, quality engineers, and leadership to drive deliverables through the software development cycle.
• Translate product vision into concrete technical goals and team tasks; triage field requests to maximize team focus.
• Maintain an up-to-date view of all project elements and resolve issues that threaten timelines.
• Enhance cross-team collaboration; align experts around shared objectives and improve coordination.
• Collaborate with customer-facing engineering teams on implementation, rollout, and ongoing support.
