Job summary

Lam Research Corporation is seeking a Technical Program Manager to orchestrate cross-functional teams in the development and release of new products. You will lead planning, scheduling, and budgeting while coordinating with Supply Chain, Operations, and engineering to ensure timely milestones.

The ideal candidate has broad program management experience in semiconductor-related industries, strong communication skills, and a track record of driving cost improvements through early supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in program management or continuous improvement.
• 3+ years of experience in continuous improvement or technical program management.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to audiences at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to define sourcing strategies and plans for new products.
• Serve as the single point of contact to the Supply Chain team for supplier readiness and milestones.
• Manage transition of pilot production to volume production.
• Perform cost rollups and analyze product cost performance to drive corrective actions.
• Deliver presentations on cost targets and program status to executives and stakeholders.
