Minimum qualifications include a degree with several years of program management experience, strong communication, and proficiency with PM methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience; or Master’s with 3+ years; or PhD.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and delivering results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to audiences at all levels.
• Knowledge of PM methods and Product Development & Release procedures.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the optimization or creation of technical product offerings, processes, or programs, developing project plans and aligning teams.
• Manage risk and drive projects through release within schedule and budget.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver enhancements in a changing tech landscape.
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives from inception to impactful results.
• Navigate multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
