Job summary

Resolve Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead planning and delivery of complex tech initiatives across client and internal teams. The TPM will translate business objectives into actionable technical plans while aligning teams, managing risks, and keeping projects on track.

The role partners with engineers, architects, product teams, vendors, and executives. Strong technical fluency is expected; hands-on development is not required, but the candidate should

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience, including technology initiatives.
• Experience with cross-functional teams, multiple stakeholders, and technical dependencies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with project scheduling, scope, risks, and executive reporting.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects from initiation through deployment and post-launch support.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, QA, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and workstreams.
• Document decisions, risks, and action items; maintain governance and reporting.
• Identify risks and blockers and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide status reporting to leadership and clients; track KPIs.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate testing, readiness, and releases.
