Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
• Advanced stakeholder management with ability to influence across cross-functional teams and clients.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use; escalate when uncertain.
• Advanced experience with vendor products and managing vendor relations for on-demand access to applications.
• Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down objectives into tasks and activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resources, and timelines for on-time delivery of technology solutions.
• Identify and mitigate risks, addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis, validating outputs and handling data per sensitivity requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Utilize analytical reasoning to assess program performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Champion adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions to foster continuous learning and innovation.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting with human review and delivery standards.
