You will drive delivery of complex technology programs, translating technical concepts for diverse audiences and guiding editorial communications across channels. Ideal candidates have a deep background in technology with AI/cloud knowledge, exceptional writing skills, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree (or equivalent) with 10+ years professional experience.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to create clear, concise communications across varied mediums.
• Experience in Technology with AI, cloud and big data awareness.
• Ability to translate technical content for non-technical audiences.
• Experience organizing large in-person and virtual events.
• High EQ with relationship building and stakeholder influence.
• Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations.
• Passion for fostering learning, diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, concise communications across multiple mediums (email, PowerPoint, intranet, podcasts, videos).
• Devise messaging based on target audience and determine effective media.
• Maintain editorial content pipeline (newsletters, blogs, leadership content).
• Collaborate with SMEs and leadership to produce editorial content for non-technical audiences.
• Prepare announcements and obtain approvals prior to sending communications.
• Create clean, engaging PowerPoint presentations for town halls and leadership sessions.
• Plan and execute large-scale events, in-person and virtual.
• Support Payments Tech leadership with announcements and thought leadership pieces.
• Coordinate with intranet developers on site updates and layout/design guidance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align deliverables with business goals.
• Coordinate with partner communications teams to ensure ecosystem alignment.
