The role emphasizes deep RF/DSP/FPGA expertise, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence product direction without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related technical field. Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of RF, DSP, FPGA, embedded electronics or related defense/embedded tech markets.
• Strong understanding of FPGA architectures, RF systems, DSP, and RF-to-digital chain.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into product requirements and business cases.
• Experience with embedded electronics and/or software and NPI processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain product strategy for RF/DSP/FPGA solutions.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps based on customer needs and tech trends.
• Translate system requirements into compelling product requirements and business cases.
• Lead concept definition and support NPI from requirements to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering to define differentiation and priorities.
• Engage with sales and customers to identify market opportunities.
