Job summary

Connectly Recruiting in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Technical Product Manager for FPGA, RF and DSP products. You will own strategy, roadmap, definition and lifecycle management of RF, DSP and FPGA-based embedded computing solutions.

The role blends hands-on engineering knowledge with product strategy, translating RF/DSP concepts into real hardware and guiding products from concept to launch with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years in RF, DSP, FPGA, embedded electronics markets.
• Strong understanding of FPGA architectures, RF systems, and DSP.
• Understanding of RF-to-digital signal chain, including RF front ends and data conversion.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into product requirements and business cases.
• Experience with embedded electronics and/or embedded software.
• Strong communication with engineering, sales, customers, suppliers, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product strategy for RF/DSP/FPGA solutions.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps based on customer needs, technology trends, and business objectives.
• Translate system requirements into product strategies and requirements.
• Develop business cases for new products and present recommendations to executives.
• Lead product concept definition and support the NPI process from requirements to launch.
• Evaluate competitive products, architectures, and relevant form factors.
• Manage product-line financial performance including revenue and cost.
• Partner with engineering to define requirements, differentiation, and development priorities.
• Work with sales, customers, and partners to understand market requirements and opportunities.
• Participate in customer engagements and provide technical support during discussions.
• Develop technical presentations, product collateral, and training materials.
• Monitor portfolio performance and recommend enhancements, investments, or lifecycle changes.
• Communicate complex RF, DSP, FPGA concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
