Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• 7+ years in RF, DSP, FPGA, embedded electronics or defense tech.
• Strong understanding of RF-to-digital signal chain.
• Ability to translate concepts into product requirements.
• Excellent communication with engineering and leadership.

• Own and maintain product strategy for RF/DSP/FPGA solutions.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps based on customer needs and technology trends.
• Translate system requirements into product strategies.
• Lead NPI process from requirements to launch.
• Present business cases to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with sales, customers, and partners to identify opportunities.
