Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Technical Product Manager for FPGA, RF & DSP in Huntsville, AL. You will own strategy, roadmap, requirements, and lifecycle management of RF, DSP, and FPGA-based COTS solutions, translating complex concepts into practical product plans.

You bring a strong engineering background and experience with RF, DSP, and FPGA hardware. You will collaborate with engineering, sales, customers, and leadership to drive multi-year roadmaps and successful launches.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years in RF, DSP, FPGA, embedded electronics, or defense/embedded tech markets.
• Strong understanding of RF-to-digital signal chain including RF front ends, data converters, FPGA processing, DSP.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into product requirements and business cases.
• Strong communication with engineering, sales, customers, suppliers, and exec leadership.

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain the product strategy for RF/DSP and FPGA solutions.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps based on customer needs, technology trends, competitive intelligence, and business objectives.
• Translate complex system-level requirements and engineering tradeoffs into compelling product strategies and requirements.
• Develop business cases for new products and present recommendations to executive leadership.
• Lead product concept definition and support the NPI process from initial requirements through product launch.
• Evaluate competitive products, technologies, architectures, and relevant form factors.
• Manage product-line financial performance, including revenue, cost, profitability, and investment priorities.
• Partner with engineering to define product requirements, differentiation, and development priorities.
• Work with sales, customers, and partners to understand market requirements and identify new opportunities.
• Participate in customer engagements and provide technical support during discussions.
• Develop technical presentations, product collateral, training materials, and other product communications.
• Monitor portfolio performance and recommend product enhancements, lifecycle changes.
