Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a Technical Product Manager for FPGA, RF & DSP in Huntsville, AL, to own the strategy, roadmap, definition, and lifecycle of RF, DSP, and FPGA-based COTS solutions. You will translate RF and DSP theory into real hardware and FPGA implementations, guiding products from concept through launch.

You will collaborate with engineering, sales, customers, and partners to shape multi-year roadmaps, evaluate tradeoffs, and ensure product profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in RF, DSP, FPGA, embedded electronics or related defense/embedded markets.
• Strong understanding of RF-to-digital signal chain and FPGA processing.
• Experience translating concepts into product requirements and business cases.
• Excellent communication with engineering, sales, customers, suppliers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product strategy for RF/DSP/FPGA solutions.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps based on customer needs and tech trends.
• Translate system requirements into actionable product requirements.
• Develop business cases and present to executives.
• Lead concept definition and support NPI from requirements to launch.
• Evaluate competitive technologies and form factors.
• Manage product-line financial performance and priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering to define differentiation and priorities.
• Engage with sales, customers and partners to identify opportunities.
• Prepare technical collateral, presentations, and training materials.
