Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years in RF, DSP, FPGA, embedded electronics, or related defense/embedded tech markets.
• Strong understanding of FPGA architectures and RF systems; DSP knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product strategy for RF/DSP and FPGA solutions within the portfolio.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps based on customer needs, tech trends, and business objectives.
• Translate system-level requirements into product strategies and requirements.
• Develop business cases for new products and present to executives.
• Lead concept definitions and support NPI through launch.
• Evaluate competitive products and architectures.
• Manage product-line financial performance (revenue, cost, profitability).
• Define requirements with engineering; align with sales and customers.
