The role partners with HR and business leaders to close capability gaps, oversees large-scale learning across diverse populations, and drives performance through data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years’ experience in learning strategy, talent development, workforce capability building or related HR experience in a global organization.
• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale learning programs across diverse employee populations (e.g., frontline, operational, corporate).
• Experience leading teams and managing enterprise-wide L&D initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and delivery of comprehensive learning programs across FedEx functions.
• Partner with HR, Talent and business leaders to identify capability gaps and learning strategies.
• Collaborate with SMEs to define learning goals aligned with organizational strategies.
