Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. seeks a technical liaison to deliver end-to-end solutions across the sales, implementation, and support handoffs for ICE products.

You will present technical concepts, manage client relationships, and guide integrations within the client's environment. You will work with executives and technical staff, identifying revenue opportunities, leading multi-project execution, and ensuring smooth deployment of MSP-based mortgage servicing solutions and related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Displays strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Shows initiative and can handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrates leadership and sound decision making.
• Broad understanding of mortgage lifecycle and related servicing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary technical contact and client liaison during product implementations.
• Maintains contact with the client at all levels including executive leadership.
• Partners with the client to identify and implement technology integrations critical to project success.
• Provides guidance and support to ICE and client project resources relevant to integrations.
• Identifies revenue opportunities related to additional ICE products or solutions while managing project scope.
• Creates and delivers technical presentations.
