Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Technical Architect to join our Services organization and drive best practices across delivery teams. You will shape architectural standards and provide hands-on guidance on complex engagements, acting as the technical voice for services delivery across Support, Sales, Product Management, Services, and Engineering.

In this senior advisory role, you will collaborate with Product and Engineering to design implementations, create templates and fixed-scope packages, and mentor

Qualifications

10+ years in SaaS with enterprise software architecture experience.
Experience designing and implementing complex enterprise applications in B2B domains.
2+ years hands-on implementation using Boomi or similar data integration tools.
Extensive knowledge of cloud, REST APIs, design patterns, and security.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain best practices and knowledge-sharing frameworks for implementing Intapp products.
Collaborate with delivery teams to design implementation plans across product segments.
Create templates, fixed-scope packages, and technical improvements for common configurations.
Advise on strategic or complex services projects, including hands-on implementation when needed.
Engage stakeholders to articulate architectural vision and guide Product and Engineering teams.
