Job summary

Intapp, a leading provider of AI-powered software for investment, legal, and consulting firms, seeks a Principal Consulting Lead to guide the most strategic enterprise engagements. You will mentor delivery teams and drive excellence across programs, ensuring client outcomes meet ambitious objectives.

You will influence product strategy through structured client advocacy and collaborate with Product, Governance, and Architecture to shape roadmap and capabilities globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise consulting, software implementation, or strategic client delivery.
• 5+ years in DealCloud CRM or 5+ years CRM experience in financial services.
• Proven success leading large-scale, complex client engagements with executive stakeholders.
• Strong escalation management and risk mitigation capabilities.
• Experience mentoring and coaching in a consulting environment.
• Ability to influence product strategy through structured client feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic enterprise engagements and oversee the largest client implementations.
• Provide escalation management and risk mitigation to maintain client confidence.
• Partner with Managers to design scalable delivery frameworks for teams.
• Own the product feedback loop with Product, Governance, and Architecture teams.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve delivery methodologies and efficiency.
• Contribute to pre-sales scoping and align deliverables with client expectations.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product, and Governance for cohesive execution.
