Job summary

Intapp is seeking an Engagement Director, Strategic, on its Professional Services team in New York. You will guide high-profile client engagements, provide strategic oversight, and act as an executive partner to client sponsors and senior stakeholders.

You will align technology investments with business outcomes while driving value realization across multiple workstreams. The role requires deep industry insight, leadership at the C-suite level, and the ability to influence across matrixed teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise software implementations or strategic technology initiatives.
• Proven ability to establish credibility with executive and C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior client leaders and influencing strategic decisions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive partner and trusted advisor to client sponsors and senior stakeholders.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans with alignment across projects and milestones.
• Provide strategic leadership to project managers, architects, and consultants.
• Lead executive governance, steering committee planning, and risk mitigation.
• Drive value realization and ensure alignment of technology investments with business outcomes.
• Coordinate quarterly roadmap discussions with client executives and Intapp product teams.
