Job summary

Intapp is seeking a highly technical Principal Engineering Lead to guide the Enterprise Applications portfolio, including Salesforce, DealCloud, DevOps and Quality Engineering. This hands-on player-coach role blends architecture, solution design, and advanced problem solving with strategic leadership.

You will help build a high-performing team, participate in hiring and performance management, and drive modernization, automation, and AI-enabled software development across platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical leader involved in architecture, design, and implementation.
• Strong collaboration with Product Specialists and Functional Architecture.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled software solutions.
• Ability to hire, coach, and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Applications engineering with Salesforce, DevOps, and QA.
• Drive architectural reviews and hands-on coding as needed.
• Define engineering standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Partner with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
