Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and develop prospective customers.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions through technical knowledge and sales expertise.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions.
• Collaborate with engineering, inside sales, and product teams to ensure optimal solutions.
• Lead efforts to analyze customer/market data to identify opportunities for sales and margin growth.
• Collaborate with vendors for pricing, training, and onsite support.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use CRM to track and report sales performance, forecasts, and key account activities.
