Job summary

Pixel Machinery is seeking a Technical Account Manager in the United States to own client relationships, serve as a trusted technical advisor, and drive value from IT services. The role blends customer success with technical leadership across SaaS platforms and automation.

You will partner with client leadership, manage escalations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery while enabling retention and growth across a portfolio of accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or IT Consulting role.
• Strong ability to translate technical solutions into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with MSP models and leading client engagements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients and build long-term relationships.
• Advise clients on IT strategy, SaaS usage, and automation opportunities.
• Lead renewal and expansion discussions by demonstrating ROI.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide onboarding and training for new systems and tools.
• Develop client-facing playbooks and best practices.
