Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of enterprise account relationship management.
• Experience developing and execution customer success strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic accounts and serve as relationship manager across CX roles.
• Lead Customer Success initiatives to improve health, adoption, GRR and NRR.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues within SLA.
• Conduct executive business reviews and renewal planning.
