Qualifications

• Between 2 and 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or related HR roles.
• Proven track record driving full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders and candidates.
• Ability to operate with high accuracy in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, from intake to closing.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and manage interview processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to define role requirements and priorities.
• Coach hiring managers to improve interview quality and consistency.
