The role partners with program management, procurement, and suppliers to improve profitability, reduce costs, and ensure on-time delivery, while coaching a team and guiding global sourcing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Five+ years in sourcing, purchasing, or procurement.
• Strong technical and supplier market knowledge.
• Proven leadership and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Technology vertical sourcing strategy.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives and supplier development.
• Negotiate terms, lead times, and pricing with suppliers.
• Collaborate with program management and procurement to close gaps.
• Monitor quotes performance and improve hit rate.
• Travel as needed to support meetings.
